  • Upon enrolment, you'll receive access to our coaching app, where your personalised training and nutrition plans will be available. Weekly check-ins and regular communication ensure your program evolves with your progress, keeping you on track toward your goals.

  • Performance Coaching is ideal for experienced lifters or coaches. If you’re new to the gym or not wanting to compete in the future, Fitness Coaching would be better suited.

  • Yes. Since the programming is performance-based, access to a gym with standard lifting equipment is essential.

  • Yes. We have a 16-week minimum to begin seeing measurable progress. Long-term athletes often stay with us year-round for continued growth and performance planning.

  • Yes. If you’re competing, we offer detailed competition day support. This includes weights recommendations, attempt selection and warm-up room planning. Depending on location, we can be present on the day for in-person support.
