Elite Strength, Conditioning + Nutrition for Sporting Clubs

Give your athletes the best chance of long-term success + create an environment they want to grow in and stay part of.

Clubs coach the sport. This system supports the athlete outside of it.

Most clubs deliver strong sport-specific skills training. What’s often missing is a clear, consistent structure around what athletes are doing beyond training sessions, in the gym, in recovery and in how they fuel their bodies across the season.

Without that structure, female athletes are left to figure it out themselves.

Female Athletic Performance Support fills that gap.

  • This is a structured, app-based strength, conditioning and resilience system designed to run alongside your season, not compete with it. Athletes are given clear guidance outside of club training so they can build strength, stay durable and develop confidence in how they train, recover and fuel.

The result? More resilient athletes, stronger development pathways and a club environment athletes want to be part of.

  • Designed for sporting clubs with female athletes aged approximately 15-22 who want:

    • Better structure outside club training

Athlete Success Story

Meet one of our past athletes - Claire

Claire worked with OWN MVMT in preparation for securing a college softball scholarship and transitioning into a higher-performance environment.

Her training was built around the specific demands of softball, with programming focused on:

↳ Developing strength to improve durability and output
↳ Building power and speed to translate strength into performance
↳ Refining key movement patterns relevant to her sport
↳ Managing training load across different phases of the season

During this time, an ankle injury was managed strategically rather than reactively. Training was adjusted to maintain progress while supporting recovery and availability for competition.

The result was an athlete who entered college physically prepared, resilient and confident in how to train, recover and perform at the next level.
