  • Not at all. Our Fitness Coaching is suitable for all levels. We tailor our approach to meet you where you are and guide you to where you want to be.

  • Yes. Since the programming is performance-based, access to a gym with standard lifting equipment is essential.

  • Yes. We have a 12-week minimum to begin seeing measurable progress. Long-term clients often stay with us year-round for continued growth.

  • If you’re looking to compete in your first Powerlifting Competition, great! Own Fitness Coaching doesn’t include any Competition Coaching + Preparation.

    If you’re looking to compete, Own Performance Coaching is better suited!
